Be present with patients.
We'll do the rest.

Pair EHR prepares you for each visit, keeps up while you talk, and drafts the note for your review.
You stay focused on the patient and in control of the record.

The visit

Eyes on your patient,
not on a keyboard.

  1. 01

    Walk in prepared

Just before a booked visit, Pair EHR reads patient notes, new document uploads and recent logs, and drafts a short list of suggested points to consider. It sits waiting on your home screen.

  2. 02

Press one button, then forget it

Start visit begins the recording. As you speak with the patient, covered points check themselves off while relevant data presents itself as the conversation touches upon it. Mention bloodwork, and the panels appear.

  3. 03

Review a note, not a blank page

Minutes after the visit ends, a structured patient note draft is waiting. Accept it, refine it in plain words, or reject it. Nothing enters the record without your sign-off.

Visit mode. The checklist strikes through what you have covered, and the agent adds points it hears.

Between visits

Your advice travels with patients.
Now the data comes back.

Every patient gets a phone app. They share their health journey through photos, medical report uploads, and more. The AI helps them follow your advice and track what happens along the way. You see all of it before they sit down.

The practitioner side

Have a look around.

Every screen below comes from the app itself or its approved designs. The patients are invented. Nothing else is.

Pair EHR Home screen
The home screen is the day: the patient in the room on the left, the assistant on the right. It never leaves the screen.

Ask

“Catch me up on Sam.”

The assistant answers from your own records: visits, notes, labs, food and habit logs. Ask before a visit and get a brief. Ask across the practice and hear who is trending worse. Say “book Maya on Tuesday at two” and it is done, after it shows you what it is about to do.

  • Answers only from the record, with the numbers shown
  • Scheduling by voice, always confirmed before it acts
  • Charts the model designs on the fly for your question

Suggestions follow the moment. Before a visit, they are about the patient who is about to walk in.

Trust

Built cautious, on purpose.

Patient records go into a strictly contained Cloud platform, and they stay there. The only way data comes back out is to the person it belongs to.

Handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements

Everything runs within a highly contained Cloud platform under a signed Business Associate Agreement: storage, transcription, and the models that draft your notes all in a single place.

Yours, and only yours

Recordings and records are used to run Pair EHR and nothing else. A practitioner sees only their own patients, a patient sees only their own record, and nothing trains anyone's models.

You sign every note

Drafts are drafts. SOAP notes, schedule changes and anything else the AI proposes waits for your explicit confirmation before it touches the record.

Be your own source of truth

Pair EHR learns your practice as you go. It reflects your unique healing voice and designs itself around your learned preferences.

Pair EHR is in active testing with practitioners and is not a certified EHR. We would rather tell you that here than in small print.
